How to report abuse
Email safety@lensy.uk with a clear description of what happened, who was involved, and any links or screenshots you can share. Use the address you use for your Lensy account if you have one. Replace this address with your production safety inbox when you go live.
How issues are handled
We review reports against our Community Guidelines and applicable law. We may remove content, warn accounts, or suspend them. We don’t promise a public outcome for every case; we do aim to respond proportionately and promptly for serious reports.
