Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. This page describes how we handle those requests in principle—not every jurisdiction is the same.
Account controls
When you’re signed in, use in-app settings to manage your profile, notifications, and who can interact with you. The web app will mirror more of these controls over time.
Data access
If you want a copy of the personal data we hold about you, email support@lensy.uk from the address associated with your account. We’ll verify you and respond within a reasonable period, subject to law.
Deletion
You can delete your account from product settings where that option is offered. Deletion removes your account from normal use; we may retain certain records where the law or a serious safety issue requires it. Read the Privacy Centre for context.
